As a mom to two Autistic kids, I have some favorite items that I wish I bought much sooner! These items made huge differences in our day to day the second I implemented them.

First... The Safety Sleeper Bed (By Abram's Nation)
Why this bed do you ask? I spent thousands of dollars on makeshift DIY safety bed nets and tents for my Autistic son Julian! He is a huge danger to himself at night, as he is diagnosed with Pica (eats non food items), as well as is a high risk for elopement!

Sticking with the Sleep Theme...Magnesium Glycinate
If you haven't noticed, Autistic kids tend to struggle with sleep! Especially falling asleep. But this supplement was an absolute game changer for us. We started off going to bed at 7pm but not falling asleep until midnight! Yes Midnight! I was scared to introduce melatonin since my kids were so young, the safer alternative was Magnesium! This supplement changed everything.....in bed at 7pm, asleep by 7:30pm, NO JOKE!

Most kids, Autism or not, tend to struggle with their ears, nose, & throat! Try getting an ENT appointment. Good Luck, they schedule like 6 months out! My little Luca struggled so badly with ear infections, constant runny nose, and serious bags under his eyes! We ended up getting tubes in his ears, tried an allergy medication, and cleaned up the air in our home! We have two lovely geriatric dogs, one of which is a husky mix, so you can imagine the dander & hair. I recommend this unit to EVERYONE - it has again changed our lives. It legit, pulls the hair out of the air directly!

24/7 Security System- Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam
Baby monitors were instantly out as soon as my kids started to elope and/or escape their cribs! We struggled getting an enclosed bed that was safe for Julian, as he was so incredibly clever & athletic. With the new Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam, we can record the boys during sleep to make sure they are safe! They offer 24/7 recording which is amazing! This helped us troubleshoot exactly how Julian was escaping and what he was getting into.

Two Toddlers, Ages 5 & 3, we need a Big Wagon
We started out with the Evenflo Pivot wagon which was fantastic for when my boys were very little, but had I known about the Jeep Wrangler Deluxe Stroller Wagon (Seats 4), I would have purchased this right from the start! This wagon is absolute magic, it is so spacious and comfy for my now bigger boys. It has so much storage room and comes with all the accessories you need! (So nice not to have buy it all separately) It also only weighs 45 lbs (compared to the Wonderfold at 65lbs) (its also HALF the price)! I would recommend this to any mom, but especially special needs moms who have dealyed kids that are growing bigger but still need to be in a 3-point harness.
